FEATURES OF OUTIN MINO ESPRESSO MACHINE
- Compact size: Outin Mino is easy to carry in a bag or backpack as it takes up minimal space
- Coffee grounds capacity in filter basket is 12g: Allows extraction of 25-40ml of rich espresso. Users don’t need to buy an upgraded 18g filter basket like on the Outin Nano
- Fast charging: From 20% to 80% takes only 45 minutes, and each charge like this can brew hundreds of cups of coffee
- Fast water heating: ~150 seconds to heat 50ml of water to espresso brewing temperature of 93°C
- IP67 water and dust resistance standard: Level 6 completely dust-proof and level 7 can withstand water when temporarily submerged at 1m depth for 30 minutes. This level ensures safety for the Outin Mino espresso machine in daily activities under various usage conditions. Note that water and dust resistance is not permanent and typically decreases during normal use, so damage from liquid seeping inside the machine will not be covered by warranty.
- Withstands harsh environments, can operate stably at altitudes above 5000m: Enjoying espresso coffee on Fansipan, the “Roof of Indochina” at 3,143 meters altitude becomes perfectly normal. However, at this altitude water only boils below 90°C, suitable for extracting dark roast coffees.
- Brews both capsule pods and self-ground coffee: The machine comes with accessories to use both methods simultaneously. When traveling, users can choose coffee capsule pods for more convenience.

STEPS TO BREW COFFEE WITH OUTIN MINO
STEP 1: DOSE COFFEE GROUNDS OR USE CAPSULE POD
6-7g finely ground coffee tamped firmly or use 6g capsule-style espresso pod
STEP 2: SCREW THE COFFEE CHAMBER TIGHTLY INTO THE MACHINE
Note to screw tightly to ensure pressure doesn’t escape. If not sealed, water will overflow through gaps.
STEP 3: POUR WATER INTO CHAMBER
From 50-80ml of HOT or COLD water. Should use hot water if available to brew more times.
STEP 4: PRESS ESPRESSO EXTRACTION BUTTON
Press twice to brew if using hot water. Press and hold for 2 seconds if using cold water (machine will extract when water is heated to 96 degrees)

NOTES WHEN USING OUTIN MINO PORTABLE ESPRESSO MACHINE
- When brewing coffee from cold water, you can press and hold the power button for 2 seconds and prepare coffee while waiting for water to boil. You have about 2.5 minutes before the machine starts extracting coffee.
- If using 50ml of water, you’ll extract 35ml of espresso – Using 70ml will extract 55ml of coffee suitable for drinking as americano when adding water.
