In late 2025, Eureka introduced the Mignon Pisa 65 as a simplified version of the Single Dose Pro.
Eureka Pisa 65 is a single dose grinder.
At first glance, the Pisa looks quite similar to the Single Dose Pro, however the grinder uses only standard Eureka 65mm burrs and drops the wooden accents as well as the stepped adjustment wheel found on the Pro. The Pisa 65 is also manufactured in China instead of Italy. In return, the Pisa is priced at only half of the Eureka Single Dose Pro, making it an extremely strong option in the premium home coffee grinder segment.

DOWNSIDES OF THE EUREKA MIGNON PISA 65 SINGLE DOSE
- Cleaning is fairly complex: Multiple screws must be removed to access the burrs inside. All screws are Phillips head, so care must be taken to avoid stripping them.
- AC brush motor vibrates slightly: On the upside it is strong, durable and grinds quietly as Eureka has applied reasonable sound insulation. Grinding noise is only ~88dB.
- Requires periodic cleaning every 3–4 months: The grinding chamber still has corners where coffee powder can get trapped and cannot escape due to limited access to the sweep arms.
WHO IS THE EUREKA MIGNON PISA 65 FOR?
If you brew coffee at home and drink a wide variety of beans. Your shelf usually has 3–4 different coffees: Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya… Your main brewing device is an espresso machine but you also use a pour over dripper, aeropress or cold brew jar.
In the morning you pull a shot of espresso from Colombian Supremo beans and then want to follow up with a pour over from Kenyan beans. If you use a grinder with a large hopper it is very difficult to clean out the remaining coffee before switching to the Kenya. It is also very difficult to adjust grind size while coffee powder is still stuck inside the burrs. Commercial grinders that always keep beans loaded in the hopper can never solve these problems because they serve a completely different purpose.
This is why single dose grinders like the Eureka Mignon Pisa 65 exist for home brewers: each time you grind, you weigh exactly the amount of coffee you need and set your grind size. The grinder will grind it all out with minimal retention so that no old flavor carries over into your next brew.
The grinder is not suitable for café use as it has no automatic dosing feature and the hopper capacity is too small.
