Faema Touch & Match is an on-demand grinder combined with automatic dosing functionality. Users can press or release the portafilter handle as needed, or press and hold completely for the grinder to dispense according to pre-set time.
This is an upgraded version of purely “on-demand” grinders (like Eureka Manuale). Therefore, the grinder is suitable for small coffee shops (Can have 2 grinders for 2 different bean types).
For home use, users need to determine in advance that they’ll only use one type of coffee bean and brew 3-4 cups of coffee per day. If constantly changing coffees, single dose grinders like Timemore Sculptor 064S, 078S, DF54, or DF64 would be more suitable.

NOTES WHEN USING FAEMA TOUCH & MATCH COFFEE GRINDER
- Keep minimum 100g of coffee in the hopper: Ensures even pressure pushing coffee down, helping the time-based dosing function work accurately
- There will always be some coffee remaining inside the grinder: If not using the grinder for a few days, should remove hopper and clean or grind about 10g of coffee to discard for purging.
- Can stop during grinding to adjust coffee in the filter basket: When pressed again, the grinder will continue counting time until finished
