• Saturated group head: The espresso boiler sits directly above the group, maintaining stable brewing temperature for continuous extraction without heat loss. After 7-8 shots, it’s recommended to let the machine rest for 1-2 minutes.
• 520ml copper espresso boiler and independent Thermoblock steaming system: Features PID control with precise temperature settings from 85-95°C for coffee brewing
• Dual Ulka Italia vibration pumps (Ulka EP5 48W for coffee brewing and Ulka NHEHP 21W for milk steaming): Allows simultaneous milk steaming and espresso extraction. • Magic Hand sensor: Wave your hand over the machine’s surface to activate automatic brewing mode (maximum extraction time 45 seconds). The machine stops automatically when time expires. This feature eliminates buttons on the machine’s surface and makes coffee brewing more enjoyable.
• Customizable pre-infusion process: The pump can run for 1-3 seconds, with pre-infusion lasting 0-9 seconds to optimize different coffee roast profiles. Light roasts require longer pre-infusion times.
• Large 3L water reservoir: Can last a full week before refilling
• LED lighting under the group head: Illuminates the cup during extraction
